 Arokya Milk launched in 1996 had grown to be a  850 + Crores INR  brand of HAP ( Hatsun Agro Product Limited ), an 1100 Crores INR +company in the year 2008-2009

 

Working hand in hand with the Company team from 2008-2009 played a significant role in the brand building process through a holistic brand strategy and brand identity building initiative across a variety of mediums and dimensions. It involved repositioning the brand and defining brand values -character-personality in a manner hitherto not done in the category in India and resonating deeply with consumers. 

 

All marketing variables working in cohesion, the brand is a 2500 Cr INR + brand  and the largest private sector dairy brand  in the country today

 

Starting in  2010 worked on the portfolio architecture structuring, brand's strategic initiatives in launching the national, wide portfolio of  Hatsun Dairy Products .Today, it is an 850+ Cr INR  brand . 

 

Work with a strong strategic intent on the iconic 51-year-old Arun Ice Creams brand resulted in significantly high brand growth. A 50 Cr INR brand in 2008 that has grown five-fold in size by 2018.

 

The company became the fastest growing Pvt sector dairy company in Asia in 2016 with a turnover close to the 5000 crores INR mark and as it stands today ,it has a turnover close to 5500 crores INR
